Hey all, sorry I’ve been a little MIA on the blog lately. It’s been an extremely busy holiday season and I’m finally getting back into the normal swing of things. I promise to write more and show some pics very soon, but here’s a very brief summary of the last few months.
Over Thanksgiving, my parents came into town and met my boyfriend, Chris, for the first time. All went really well and they like him a lot. He even went with us to cut down my Christmas tree and got all excited when he got to saw it down. It was a first for him (to actually cut down a Christmas tree). A little over a week later, Janice and her daughters came into town for a short little visit. We had so much fun and I really enjoyed seeing them again. After that Christmas season really got into full swing with the AIA-BR Christmas party and the next week was the WBRZ Christmas party. Both were fun and it was even more fun to finally have a boyfriend to share those things with.
Christmas finally rolled around and things were really hectic. Chris’ mom came to visit and we invited him and his mom over to my house for Christmas dinner with me and my parents. The meeting went great and everyone got along really well.
New Year’s came and then the LSU Championship game! Geaux Tigers!!! So excited they won the Championship!
Then this past week one of the most exciting things happened. Jenny and Adam had their baby! Lily Anna came into the world Wednesday morning and I got to meet her this weekend!!! She’s so beautiful! Pics soon to follow.
